During my recent weekend getaway to Heart of Ella, I was thoroughly impressed by the charm and welcoming atmosphere of this family-run guesthouse. Nestled in the serene hills, our room not only featured a magnificent view of the valley but also boasted a large, clean bathroom and cozy furnishings that made our stay incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was the delightful breakfast, which offered plenty of locally sourced options, including a vegan selection for me-an attribute I particularly appreciated as an advocate for sustainable living. The hardworking staff went above and beyond, even assisting with our laundry and providing us with tips for exploring Ella, ensuring a seamless experience throughout. With easy access to a motorbike for hire and just a short tuk-tuk ride to the bustling center, Heart of Ella strikes the perfect balance between tranquility and adventure. It's a hidden gem I would happily return to, both for its hospitality and the stunning natural surroundings.
